How does a project start?
An initial conversation establishes your objectives. This is followed by a scope and proposal covering deliverables, estimated timing and terms. Work starts after acceptance and the agreed initial payment.
What do I need to provide?
An outline of your objectives and any existing content, brand assets or information about current systems. Delvran helps identify what is missing before development begins.
How is the budget determined?
Each proposal considers scope, integrations, content and support needs. Third-party costs and additional work are identified separately.
Can I request changes?
Yes. Changes within scope follow the agreed proposal. New features or scope changes are assessed and submitted for your approval before work proceeds.
Is support available after delivery?
A maintenance plan or ad-hoc support can be agreed. Scope, availability and terms are defined in the proposal to suit your website or application.
